Book a call
Thirty minutes. No charge, no slides.
Send a couple of times that suit you. Sooner is better than later, and not because we are in a hurry. Meetings booked for this week actually happen. Meetings booked for a fortnight away frequently do not.
To book, email jason@ownersaudit.com with a couple of times that suit you this week or next.
Say roughly what your firm does and how many people are in it. That is enough to make the call useful rather than introductory. You will get a reply the same day.
What happens on it
- You talk, mostly. Walk through how a client or a matter moves from the first contact to the end. Where it stops, who re-types what, what gets chased.
- We ask about your systems by name. What you run, which plan you are on, what you tried and abandoned.
- You get a straight answer about whether to bother. Either there is enough here to be worth an audit, or there is not, and we say which on the call rather than sending a proposal to find out.
What does not happen on it
- No presentation. There is nothing to demonstrate. The product is a conversation and a document.
- No pressure to decide. Nothing about this gets cheaper if you decide today, and we will not pretend it does.
- Nobody else joins. One call, one person, no handover to a closer.
Prefer to email first? That is fine, and some people would rather write it down than talk. Send a couple of lines about how the work moves and what is annoying you, and you will get a real reply rather than a booking link.
